Full highlights: all-over brightness

Full highlights place foils throughout the head for more complete lightness and dimension from roots through ends. Our popular Full Highlights (2 Colors) adds a second complementary tone so the result looks dimensional, not flat.

Choose full highlights if you want:

Noticeable brightness from most angles
A polished, even finish
Maximum impact in one appointment

Plan for: Longer chair time (often about 90–120 minutes, depending on hair) and maintenance every 6–10 weeks for many clients.

Partial highlights: focused refresh

Partial foiling concentrates foils where they matter most — typically the top, crown, and face frame — instead of the entire head.

Choose partial highlights if you want:

Face-framing brightness without a full redo
A lighter refresh between bigger color appointments
Less processing on ends that are already light

Plan for: Shorter appointments (often around 60 minutes for many partial services) and a softer overall change than full coverage.
